ONLINE MUSIC THEORY COURSE

Jenni's

ABRSM Grade 5 Theory from scratch in 6 months

Theory is an often-neglected element of a student's musical education, even though Grade 5 theory is a pre-requisite of the higher grades (6, 7, & 8). I offer weekly live-online classes (3 time slots to choose from) which take you from very basic music theory knowledge up to the standard required to take your ABRSM Grade 5 theory, just 6 months later.

Jenni teaches each small group for 90 minutes per week, sets homework to be completed in between sessions,
and gives feedback on your homework when completed.

This course begins in October, there are 26 lessons, finishing in April the following year. A breakdown of topics is provided below.

Classes will be held on Zoom with a maximum number of 12 students in the group to allow for individual questions to be answered during the Q&A section of the session.

How to enrol: Select ONE of the following class times
(please note that in order to ensure class numbers do not exceed 12, you are committing to attend the online lesson at the same time every week, and cannot join a different class unless pre-arranged with Jenni (at Jenni's discretion)
