9pm                       Immersive Healing Sound Bath

Friday 3 May

8-9.30am             Breakfast

10-11.30am       Hatha Yoga Session  

11.30am-1pm   Free time/spa time 

1pm                         Lunch

2.30-3.30pm      Music, Breathwork & Movement Therapy Session

3.30pm                  Smoothie break followed by free time/spa time

7pm                         Dinner

9pm                         Night Journey Guided Meditation

Saturday 4 May

8-9.30am             Breakfast

10am                      Depart the hotel for Gyllingvase Beach, Falmouth (transport provided) 

10.30-11.30am Beach Yoga Session

11.30am               Wild Swimming Experience (a talk about the benefits, followed by a quick dip!)

12pm                      Short walk followed by hot drinks and beach picnic

2.00-4.30pm      Return to the hotel for free time/spa time

4.45-5.45pm      Self-reflection & Journalling workshop in the gardens of the hotel

7pm                         Dinner

Sunday 5 May

8-9.00am             Breakfast

9.00-10.30am   Hatha Flow Yoga Session

11am-12pm       Menstrual Cycle Awareness Talk led by Jaydene Kerton

12.30pm              Lunch
